A: To install 321Soft Data Recovery for Mac, please follow these steps:

1) Double-click the DMG file to mount it. There will be a white virtual disk icon on the desktop called 321soft Data Recovery for Mac.
2) Open the white virtual disk and Drag the 321Soft Data Recovery for Mac app to Applications folder.
3) Eject the virtual disk (drag to trash will work too)
4) Go to Applications folder and click on the 321soft Data Recovery for Mac app to Run it.
Q: Is it safe to use 321soft Data Recovery for Mac?
A: Yes. 321soft Data Recovery is completely safe, It is a non-destructive read-only application and will not write or make changes to the drive it is recovering from.
Important: Do not save downloads and do not install data recovery product to the drive that needs to be recovered!
Q: My system crashes. Can I recover the data on the hard disk?
A: Yes. But do not reinstall the system before recovering data. You can set the hard drive as a secondary drive on another computer, and run 321Soft Data Recovery on the computer to recover the data on the secondary drive.
Q: Can I recover the files deleted long time ago?
A: Whether the files can be recovered or not has nothing to do with when they were deleted. It does matter with whether you save new data onto the partition where the deleted files were.
