Step 1
Connect you iPhone with Mac OS computers and run 321Soft iPhone Data Recovery. Then you will see the following interface, choose ‘”recover for iOS devices” as the recovery mode.
Step 2
Once you choose the recovery mode, the software will start to deep scan you iPhone. The process of scan may take long time depending on the size of you iPhone files, please be patient and do not disconnect your iPhone.
Step 3
When the scan is completed, please select “Messages” from the toolbar in the top. Please check the option “Only display deleted files”. Then you will see all lost messages. Choose the messages which you want to recovery and click the “Save” icon to restore them into your computer.
